"Napoli - New York".Cosi diverse cosi lontane. Parallel_°41.
Julia Kent, Barbara De Dominicis e Davide Lonardi.
Parallel_° 41 non esiste, è una linea spezzata mai del
tutto disegnata, solo pensata, sognata forse..come da un
saltinbanco..solo a tratti percorsa, camminata in precario
equilibrio, vissuta e dimenticata. In realtà sulle mappe esiste ad
indicare una linea immaginaria senza punto di partenza, senza alcun arrivo.
La musica nasce dagli spunti che il paesaggio suggerisce,
casualmente, come una spezia a sorpresa aggiunta ai consueti ingredienti.
Performance improvvisative dunque.....audio/video di volta
in volta immedesimate con lo spazio e con le atmosfere di
questa o quella latitudine, in dialogo con l' ambiente e con
le forme che lo caratterizzano.

Parallel_° does not exist. It is a broken line, never drawn all the way
but only thought.. dreamt perhaps like in a mountebank's
dream maintaining a precarious balance on a
chimerical wire..."lived and forgotten".
Actually this line does exist on the maps.
It indicates an illusory path without a point of departure,
without a point of arrival. Music arises out of the cues that landscapes
suggest to us accidentally, like a spice surprisingly added to our usual ingredients.
Improvisatory performances therefore; the audio/video each
time identified with the space and the atmospheres of this or
that latitude, in a constant dialogue with the
environment and the shapes that characterize it.
